Robust Frame Structure: The high-rigidity box-type frame on both sides reduces vibration during high-speed operation, enabling more stable weft insertion and beat-up, thus ensuring high-quality fabrics. The main drive components are located in an oil bath environment, achieving further stable high-speed operation.
Smooth Weft Insertion at High Speed: Improved beat-up curves increase the weft yarn flight angle, making weft insertion more stable and enabling the weaving of high-quality, differentiated fabrics.
Stable Operation: The robust frame structure and high-rigidity warp feed and take-up mechanisms ensure stable loom operation, supporting a wide range of fabrics from lightweight to medium-weight, and from low-density to high-density. Even when weaving complex weaves and unbalanced openings, vibration is minimal, ensuring stable weaving.
An optimized four-bar beat-up structure is designed for smooth movement and low vibration, suitable for weaving requirements and ensuring structural durability.
More optimized plungers, pump springs, nozzles, and column-type check valves result in smoother and more stable weft insertion. Improved weft insertion structure extends the pumps lifespan.
Warp breakage results in lighter weft openings and higher fabric quality. Warp beam stabilizers enhance the stability of weaving high-tension, high-weft-density fabrics. A
more robust weft support structure and a take-up roller structure with improved tensile strength and fabric slippage resistance are designed.
Stable weft openings reduce fabric slippage and make high-tension, high-weft-density fabrics easier to weave.

With a maximum width of 5.6 meters, it can be used for advertising production such as lightbox fabric.
